Who is Toni?
I whakapapa to Ngā Puhi and Te Rarawa. I am a wahine Māori mentor, coach and founder based in Queenstown, Aotearoa New Zealand.
I have spent three decades building companies, communities, and people. I have sat at board tables and walked building sites. I have raised four children while running organisations.
I have navigated the corporate world, the construction industry, Māori housing development, and the tech sector.
I have given years of my best thinking to other people's visions. And I have learned, sometimes the hard way, what it means to finally build something that is yours.
That lived experience is what I bring into every mentoring relationship. Not theory. Not a framework I learned in a course. Real life, real lessons, real wisdom earned through doing.
And now I help women do the same.
